Very Late Start to the Week

I know, late blog today.... so I need to start these things Sunday night in order to have time on Mondays to finish them! A quick weekend update:

Wedding was a good time on Friday in Des Moines. My SUPER HOT DATE was fun as well - she was one of about 5 people I knew at the wedding. Free food and free booze which is always a good time! The funny part of the evening was the "Talks a lot and is very random" lady that was at our table. I usually get along fine with people who talk a lot, but this lady took the cake! One of us would be in the middle of a response and she would have a random thought that couldn't wait and would interrupt you to say what was on her mind. Nice lady (with husband and daughter who was high school friend with the bride) but wow.... even I couldn't keep up with her random thought process, which is rare for me. She provided a good laugh for Jill and I though.

Rest of the weekend was spent trying to stay cool. Very warm and humid out showing off that summer is indeed here. I did finish Season 2 of The Office and am hoping that Season 3 is released soon. Very funny show! I feel for Jim though - he's got "Nice Guy Syndrome" more than I do and I can't blame him for liking Pam... She's HOT! And the more I watch it, the more I'm convinced that Dwight and my buddy Pat are indeed related.

Anyone watch the final round of the US Open? Surprised that Tiger was not able to close in with as amazing as he usually is in Major Tournaments. I did notice how ripped Tiger is anymore and it's no wonder he can hit his Pitching Wedge 160 yards!!! And with such accuracy. Winning score was +5 which should give hope to the rest of us hackers. Granted their course is way harder than the ones I play, but I'm not THAT far behind them. Ok, maybe I am if you've seen me golf this year. Which reminds me, I need to schedule another lesson.

Anyway - Have a great Monday..... If you're counting at home, Paris is STILL in jail.
