Taste of Fall

It feels B-E-A-UTIFUL outside right now. Makes me hungry for fall and the beautiful weather ahead of us. Unfortunately, Summer still isn't over but we're just that much closer to Labor Day. Also that much closer to Rove hitting the road!

Golf sucked last night. I did have probably the best drive of my life on the last hole, but that was about it. Fun week next week then we're done.

Did you see this??? National Cannonball Championship in Toronto..... why wasn't I notified? Although I've never been good at the cannonballs - I could be Drew's coach/trainer though. I do think he holds the record for highest splash at everyone's favorite backyard pool. The guy who won is from Calgary and decided that he'd wear a pink tutu for his competitive splash. Another competitor made outfit changes from Princess Leia or Thriller zombie.... anyway, winner took home 2 grand in Canadian dollars which is like $4,000 US.

New Lego video game is coming.... the popular (and very fun!) Star Wars game now proceeds to following the Indiana Jones Trilogy! Lots of potential to be fun, but I admit that I'll have to go rewatch the movies as part of getting through the video game is following the basic plot of the movies.

Entertainment of the Day - Picked up the new Poison CD from the library last night. Yeah, the same Poison that was big in the 80s and then disappeared for 20 years. They do a bunch of covers and it's not good, but it's not bad.... kind of hard to describe..... Kind of like a Pauly Shore movie - you don't enjoy it, but you don't turn it off.

Weblink of the Day - 30 second bunnies present... SAW!!!! It's not nearly as gross but still funny. I seriously love the bunnies!
