So I'll cut to the chase - yeah, I'm dating someone... and here's your chance to meet her! I would have introduced her yesterday but I got behind quickly at work.
Please give a warm welcome to Sarah! Sarah lives in Chicago and she and I have been communicating via email and phone for about 2 months now. Finally, last weekend I went to Chicago to meet her. Then we went to Iowa for a wedding this past weekend and we're now officially "an item". How'd I do it? Well I had a friend deliver a note to her asking if she'd "go" with me.... no, not "go out" with me - in 7th grade it was "will you go with me?" Well this awesome girl actually said "yes"!! We'll be together for labor day at a DIFFERENT wedding in Iowa (these two are actually for her, I'm all done with my weddings till next year I believe).
Sarah's pretty kick ass so far - we're very much alike in many ways and respect the differences that are bound to exist. So give a warm welcome to my new "girlfriend"! Yes, this means I'm off the market! And she's my new "favorite female companion"!!

Hello from Nebraska cousin Cari. I was wondering what was keeping Adam so busy since he was here on the 11th, haven't heard a word from him. But now I see that you have been busy AND keeping secrets from us. Too bad she wasn't around for the NE weddings. Maybe next time. . . oh, I don't think there are any more planned for NE. At least not yet.

Let me start by saying Congratulations Adam and Sarah!!! And thank you Adam for now putting all the attention and pressure on me now :-( I do love how you put up the pic of my "Girlfriend" on your blog. From what my sis said it sounds like that created quite an up roar with everyone. Funny how no one ever asks or says anything to me. Some advice would be greatly appreciated but not nesacery. And to Sarah, I go to Chicago once every month and I think we need to get together and have a chat about your decision making. LOL
