Yay - Bucky finally goes home on American Idol. Boy did they drag that out for the full hour though! Need to stop watching that one live and just rely on the DVR to save me 55 minutes. I did catch Unan1mous though which is still interesting, but also getting dragged out way too long! So with AI, I would say the "2nd level" of folks are left. Bucky was in the lower level all along. I still think it'll come down to Chris, Katharine, or Paris. I'm fighting to get rid of Kellie soon since she still annoys the crap out of me.
I will be a customer of Cingular by the end of the day today. Once my phone is delivered and I activate it I can say "so long Sprint.... you bastards!!"
Plans are underway for our trip to Ames for Easter this weekend. Once again, there will be a large scale performance at the Grand Avenue Baptist Church under the baton of Maestro Johnson. We are bringing in the best string players from around the country (as always) to play the Easter Service, then it will be time for some good Easter eating. We're playing some new music this year which will add to the experience - plus we've recruited the multi-talented Hazel to play with us this year as well on 2nd Violin! I have yet to be contacted to bring my harpsichord. Maybe next year!
I keep seeing previews for the movie United 93. I'm not sure this movie should have been made and released already. I know I'm not ready to relive it so soon. When we were at the House on the Rock on Monday, they had a display featuring the front page of the NY Times in times of war in our nation's history. They also had one from the day after 9/11 with pictures of the crash into the WTC. I'm not ready to relive that yet and it'll be interesting to see all the commotion later in the month when United 93 hits the theatres.
Last for today - SONGS THAT SHOULDN'T BE PLAYED WHEN PEOPLE ARE WORKING OUT!!! Today I heard a bunch of songs/artists that I'd like to permanently add to that list.... Gloria Estefan, Phil Collins (or Genesis... whatever the difference is), Huey Lewis.... that's just the start of my list but it's enough for today. Who is inspired to sweat when they hear that crap?
Song of the Day - In honor of Bucky going home forever, I found the Simpsons' Cletus theme song for your enjoyment!!!
Video of the Day - Speaking of Trailers.... here's the preview for the new Simpsons Movie for anyone that missed it. Short but still humorous!
Webpage of the Day - Thanks to Heather for today's suggestion - Men who look like Kenny Rogers..... dot com! I'm serious! There are a lot of similarities - know anyone that should be on this list?

Did you just switch to Cingular so you'd have an easier time voting for AI? I sure hope not.
No I switched to Cingular because Sprint has pissed me off too many times and I finally found the opportunity to go elsewhere. I'm saving $10 a month on the new plan with more minutes too! Plus I get to vote on AI!! haha
Consumer Reports (yes, I read it) recently rated Cingular customer service as the lowest among major cell phone service providers. I can testify that their in-store and phone customer service reps are lousy human beings. BTW, if you ever return a phone accessory to Cingular, make sure you call them and ask where your return is. After 6 months, I realized I had not received my $50+ for returned phone accessories that I didn't want. When I called, they were able to see that they had received the returns, but said they were waiting for me to call to confirm that they had received the package before they could process the return. WTF? (to use your phrase). Good deals (rollover minutes rule), good cell phone service, but lousy customer service. Your Bro
