TILL AFTER VEGAS!!!!!!
There's an early flight out of Minneapolis tomorrow morning that is taking Hazel and me to Las Vegas. We will be staying at the luxurious Hooters Hotel for four nights and taking in the awesome sights and sounds that Vegas has to offer!
Plans include a viewing of the new Phantom of The Opera at the Venetian, Excalibur's dinner and show of the Knights of the Round Table (or whatever it's called), Ferrari Museum, Pirates, Buffets, the Guggenheim in Vegas, Fremont Street, and many other fine activities!
I'll be back Monday evening and will share lots of photos with everyone... Plus I should have some winnings from betting on the Cyclones to cover the spread against Texas this weekend - plus I might put some money down that they'll even win the game... I have confidence in the team yet!
Have a great Fall weekend (sub-40 this morning on my way in) - it'll be upper 80s in Vegas with NO humidity!
Song of the Day - One of the greatest songs is by Mr. Presley... Viva Las Vegas. I seriously do have it playing right now and will probably be listening to it all day!
Video of the Day - There are a lot of movies that happen in Vegas. Oceans 11 was a fun modern depiction of Vegas using the new casinos. Also to include the fountain outside of Bellagio (with Monet playing) was quite memorable.
Webpage of the Day - An addictive webpage of useless information for anyone that is bored today.... you try to figure out if the statement presented is true or not (way or no way). It's not so much about the score, it's about how long you actually keep going through them with amazement.
