I enter day 1 without my laptop. She was on the 6:30pm flight from Rochester to Memphis last night. I checked this morning and no update yet from the airline as to whether or not she made it yet. But it is early, I'm hoping to hear from her by 10 this morning. I'll let you know when I do. I'm really worried about her.I can't stop thinking about her this morning. Probably because the computer I'm using has a horrible keyboard that is slowing me down. Baby, nobody and I mean NOBODY allows me to type faster than you. You're the greatest so I decided to write you some poems this morning since I was up ALL night thinking about you.
AMAZING
The way she types, the way she plays video games,
There's something amazing about her
The way she plays DVDs at 1.5x speed so I can save 30 minutes,
There's something amazing about her
The way she connects me to my friends and family
There's something amazing about her
The way I can surf the web from the couch thanks to wireless,
There's something amazing about her
next one was written some time ago when she and I first met:
Travels
If I had a rose petal for every time I press a key,
I could fill the Grand Canyon and scent the world around
And if I have to travel across the Atlantic Sea,
I would want you with me when I hit the ground
It's so hard to find someone else with so much power,
It's near impossible to find someone with so much speed.
When you let me use you, I know that I can climb the Trump Tower,
And I realize that in life, you are all that I need
You amaze me, you empower me, you complete me
And finally, two Haikus that I wrote this morning for my baby girl

Song of the Day - The only thing I can think of right now is I'll Be Missing You by P-Diddy and his funk. It expresses the way I feel this morning.
Video of the Day - Well i can't watch any movies at work today:( Something like Sleepless in Rochester would be appropriate. I know all of you are sympathizing with me right now, but don't worry.... she should be home tomorrow morning and all will be just grand again.
