And the post-Super Bowl talk continues..... some talk about the game, some about the commercials. Come here and you get BOTH!
Yeah, I was surprised to see the Giants man-handle the Patriots. What happened? I don't think Brady was 100%, Giants played with no external pressure that said they "had to" win, and I think the Giants looked much more prepared for the game.
As for the commercials.... there's a "bracket style" voting scheme from MSNBC where you can watch all the commercials and then rank them. While I always enjoy the humor from Budweiser, thought they came up a little short this year. Bridgestone stepped up with some good humor with the screaming squirrel - but the shock for me was e-Trade and the little baby doing some stocks. The 2nd one (with the creepy clown) got my vote for winner.
Super Tuesday is tomorrow - probably still have 2 candidates for the Dems and probably 3 for the GOP, but at least the candidates will be closer than 10% of the way to having the required number of delegates to get the overall nomination. But seriously - take the time to go and vote if you're in one of the states that's voting (like here in MN). It's fun to be part of the election process since it's one of the few rights we seem to still have that isn't violated (although it's definitely influenced) by the government.
Snow is falling yet again in Rochester.... blame the Groundhog who in Punxsutawney saw his shadow and said "screw you guys, I'm goin home" and 6 more weeks of winter. Not sure what Unadilla Bill decided.... either way, they're more accurate than the current weather people on TV. Talk about getting overpaid!
Anyway - sorry for the late posting today... Happy February!!
